GBI-343: Administrative Assistant
The selected candidate will perform general administrative office duties to include filing, mail, printing and documents management as well as other basic office needs. You will act as a liaison to key contacts in corporate finance, operations and human resources. You will perform data entry into spreadsheets and be responsible for travel and meeting arrangements. You will provide overall support for the human resources group.
Qualifications include an AS/BA degree or related with some prior experience working in a professional administrative role. You should have excellent computer skills with standard office software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You should have exceptional organization and interpersonal skills and be detail oriented while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Prior experience in a Biotech setting is preferred but not required. Please note this is a contract position located in South San Francisco with the potential to become regular. Pay range for this position is $15.00-17.00/hr.
